Zumba, for me, is a passion. It helps to blow away the cobwebs and keep the mind and body busy!
It can help to improve fitness, co-ordination, physical and mental wellbeing, heart health and so so much more!
It can be amazing for stress, the ability to focus on the present and most of all, letting go and having a great time!
I've been instructing for over 8 years and still enjoy every second!
